First
Open your web browser on phone or laptop(pc) and search blogger.com and click on the first link that appears on the webpage.Or simply click here to go directly to the blogger website.
2. Sign in with your Gmail account
If you do not have Gmail account then, first of all, create it and sign in here.
3. Click on create new
After signing in with your Gmail account you will get this page. You have to go on "Create New Blog"
4. Give "Title", "Address" and choose "template".
Give a suitable title for your blog and also give a suitable address for your blog and chose wonderful template.
5. Create new post
Click on "create new post" to create a post. give a title for your post and proper description and publish it.
6. Arrange your blog layout

Click on "view blog" to see your blog.
